Group Pilates?
Clinical Pilates?
Reformer? Private?
Choosing the wrong option can feel stressful — especially if you have pain, an old injury, or you’ve tried Pilates before and it didn’t quite work.
This guide will help you decide quickly and confidently.
Option 1: Group Pilates Classes
Group Pilates is a great choice if you:
Do not have current pain or injury
Want a full-body workout
Enjoy moving in a small group setting
Are looking to build strength, flexibility, and consistency
Group Pilates classes are instructor-led and focus on general conditioning.
They are ideal for maintaining fitness and enjoying the energy of a class.
Option 2: Clinical Pilates Initial Assessment
Clinical Pilates is the better starting point if you:
Have back, neck, shoulder, or knee pain
Are recovering from an injury or surgery
Are post-partum or returning to exercise after a break
Have tried Pilates before but your pain didn’t improve
Feel unsure or nervous about group classes
Your journey starts with a Clinical Pilates Initial Assessment, where we:
Assess how your body moves
Understand your pain or limitations
Create a safe, personalized plan
From there, you may continue with private sessions or transition into group classes when your body is ready.
Still not sure? That’s okay.
You don’t need Pilates experience.
You don’t need to know the “right” answer.
Our role is to guide you — not push you into a class that doesn’t suit you.
Many of our clients start with an assessment and later join group classes feeling stronger, more confident, and pain-free.

想做全身運動
鍾意小班上堂嘅氣氛
想建立運動習慣
Group Pilates 主要係一般體能訓練,適合身體狀況穩定嘅人士。
Option 2:Clinical Pilates 初步評估
如果你有以下情況,建議先做 Clinical Pilates:
腰痛、頸痛、肩膊痛、膝頭痛
受過傷或手術後恢復中
產後想安全重拾運動
以前做過 Pilates,但越做越痛
對自己身體狀況冇信心
Clinical Pilates 會由 初步評估 開始,我哋會:

了解痛症同身體限制
為你度身訂造安全嘅運動方向
之後你可以繼續私人訓練,或者準備好再加入 Group 課堂。
