Private Pilates Pricing

Private Pilates starts from $85 per session.

Session rates vary based on session type and package selection. Private sessions are booked directly with our team to ensure the best fit.

Sessions are available in different formats to suit individual or shared training needs.

Private Pilates 1:1

One-on-one sessions designed for personalized attention, injury recovery, and individual goals.

Semi-Private Pilates (1:2 or 1:3)

Small-group sessions for two or three clients training together. Semi-private sessions are booked separately and subject to instructor availability and suitability.

Pilates for Pregnancy & Postnatal

Private Pilates sessions tailored for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Sessions focus on deep core and pelvic floor connection, breathing, posture, and safe strength building, adapted to each stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Pre & postnatal sessions are offered as Private Pilates only.

Designed for injury recovery, specific goals, or anyone who wants undivided attention and faster results.

Private Pilates gives you the time and attention to learn proper technique, understand your body, and move safely from day one. Each session is tailored to your experience level, goals, and any injuries—so you build confidence, not confusion.

Do I need Private Pilates before joining group classes? Not necessarily. Many clients choose to start with private sessions to learn proper technique, build confidence, or address specific needs before joining group classes.

I have an injury or ongoing pain. Is Private Pilates suitable for me? Yes. Private Pilates allows for individualized guidance and appropriate modifications. Our team will consider your injury history and support you with safe, effective movement.

What can I expect in my first Private Pilates session? Your first session focuses on understanding your body, movement patterns, and goals. You’ll be guided through foundational exercises in a supportive and comfortable environment.

How long is each private session? Each Private Pilates session is 60 minutes.

What should I wear to a Pilates session? Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing such as leggings and a fitted top. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.

Do you offer semi-private or small-group private sessions (1:2–1:3)? Yes. Semi-private sessions (1:2 or 1:3) are available as a separate option and are booked by request. Availability, pricing, and suitability are assessed by our team to ensure the best experience for all participants.

Is private Pilates suitable during pregnancy or postnatal recovery? Yes. Private Pilates is suitable during pregnancy and postnatal recovery, as sessions are fully tailored to your stage and individual needs. Sessions focus on safe movement, breathing, posture, and deep core and pelvic floor connection, with exercises adapted throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
