Clinical Pilates is one-on-one Pilates that integrates physiotherapy principles to support rehabilitation, pain management, and safe movement progression.
Sessions are led by Certified Pilates Instructors who are Registered Physiotherapists or work under the supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist.
Sessions are billed as physiotherapy and may be covered under extended health insurance plans.

Clinical Pilates vs Private Pilates
Clinical Pilates focuses on rehabilitation, pain management, and recovery, and integrates physiotherapy principles into each session. It is suitable for individuals managing injuries, medical conditions, or who require a more clinical approach.
Private Pilates focuses on fitness, strength, and movement progression and is not billed as physiotherapy or covered by insurance.
