We offer one on one Physio Pilates training with certified  Pilates instructors who are also registered Physiotherapists. Qualifies as physiotherapy under extended health insurance. Physio Pilates is ideal for beginners, long-time practitioners looking to progress, and people with injuries or chronic physical impairments.

Working from the inside out, Pilates movements will make you stronger and more coordinated for every activity in your life.
Students often report getting taller from improved posture and lengthening in the spine, more energy in their daily life, weight loss, fuller breathing, and a greater sense of well-being.

We are here to help empower you on your pregnancy journey, from birth and beyond. Our Mom series helps you to activate your Pelvic Floor connection and deep core strength to keep you comfortable throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for delivery and postnatal.

TRY REFORMER PILATES  GROUP CLASS TODAY!

Try our beginner Reformer Pilates class. Experience a stronger core, taller posture, longer muscle, and less joint pain in Rehab Plus Pilates Studio!

All group classes are 50 minutes with a maximum of six people. Our exercises will get you TONED, STRONG, and FLEXIBLE. If you are postnatal and new to Pilates, we recommend you start the Basic Flow before practicing in other group classes. We are here to ensure your safety, providing the supports and encouragement to all members.

New to Pilates? This is a great class to start with! This class will target your core and get you strong. With the Pilates principles, your full-body muscle will be trained a controlled manner working on not just building strength, but balance and coordination as well.

Ready for intermediate level? Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow. Introducing Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements with modifications and progressions to give you a more challenging workout with the added use of free weights and other props. We will safely and gently push you just a little further.

Core+ Upper Body / Lower Body   💪🏻   💓   💦

Do you feel stronger on the left or right side of your body than the other? Work on realigning your body as we correct your body imbalances. Train your core and bring focus, stability to the centre of your body. Walk out feeling tall, loose, and ready to take on whatever the day brings.

Hello Cardio! Strengthen your core and aerobic endurance in this jumpboard focused class. Easy on the joints, but great for developing lean muscles. This class trains coordination and encourages efficient muscle firing while helping you burn fat. Great for those seeking for a challenge. This class is not recommended for those with injuries.

Spinal Mobility   💪🏻   💦

Suffering from poor posture, rounded shoulders, forward neck, muscle tension? This class will work on improving our posture and alignment through stretching and strengthening exercises. Extra special focus on mobilizing and stretching your body.
